Albi Quotes
-I told Albi I was going tanning and she replied,
"You know, you just don't fit that cookie cutter personality!"
Um cool, I'm going tanning now.
-Advice for her sister over the phone,
"If you play with fire, you're going to get burned!"
-My friend jokingly called me stupid. When Albi heard this she told me,
"If it makes you feel better, you're not the stupidest girl I know."
-Facebook stalking and muttering to herself,
"Why do all the annoying girls have boyfriends and normal girls, like me, remain single?"
-At a dinner with my family
"Wow, your uncles calves are HUGE!"
...awkward
-Albi: "I can't believe that he doesn't go to church."
Me: "I didn't go to church."
Albi:
"You're different, you just sleep through it, or go home. Its not like you don't want to be there!"
"You're different, you just sleep through it, or go home. Its not like you don't want to be there!"
Me: "Riiiiggghht!" (Would you mind explaining that to my mom?)
I decided to move home; ever since that decision, my roommates irritate me more than I ever thought possible. I have one more week until I move out and time couldn't pass by any slower. It's not that my roommates are crazy (well, partly) but I've realized that I'm not much of a people person. My intense feelings of anger and hate could be attributed to finals and my Aunt Flo's visit to town. In a week I'll be feeling much better. I only wish that I had some hard liquor to pass the time away.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS FROM ME AND FLO:)

Update!
It's been a while, but I'm back. Alot has gone on since the last post, hopefully I can remember all of the exciting events that have gone on.
Albi is as good as ever.
I've recently noticed that she uses alot of slang. Now if you have ever seen a white mormon girl try to do this, you know what I'm talking about. She loves the word, a-ight. "don't worry its a-ight!" or "a-ight, lets get this done." This makes me cringe and gives me a slight urge to punch her in the face. She also loves to say fo-sho. If me or Skanky ask her a question and her answer is yes, she'll say, "FO-SHO!!!"
If I get shot, it might be by the white gangster who lives in my apartment.
Here's a few other things that have happened:
Showering:
Recently in the shower a felt something wierd on my arm, guess what it was??
A RED SHORT CURLY HAIR...
I started dry heaving.
During class with Albi:
Albi "Can I borrow a pen?"
Me "Of course"
I grab a pen and hand it to her and turn back to my backpack.
long pause.....
Albi "Um...do you possibly have a black pen? I don't want my notes to be in different colors, it might throw me off."
Fast and Testimony Meeting:
A freshman girl stood up and bore her testimony. In her testimony she talked about how far off a family seemed in high school.
Some how in a couple of months this idea has changed for her.
She said that she now keeps a journal for her future children. She knows that they will be so excited to read about her life in college. She also gave some really helpful advice. She said that whenever she is having a hard time getting motivated to do homework or study, she thinks about her unborn children. "They would want me to study hard and give it my best."
Pretty inspirational huh?
Lunch Time:
Because BYU is full of sheltered young individuals, it is extremely fun to mess with them. At lunch, one of my good friends and I do just that. We walk around campus closely behind someone and have a loud conversation that sounds something like this:
Nads "Wait, you slept with him? you actually slept with him?"
Me "Ya...I don't know what I was thinking."
Nads "So you know my crazy roomate? well he pulled a knife out on me yesterday."
Me "What?!"
Nads "Ya he's been acting super weird lately and yesterday he just snapped."
Me "Did he hurt you?"
Nads "No, but I'm worried that he might."
Nads "So what are you going to do? have you told your parents?"
Me "No, I haven't told them, they would freak."
Nads "Well are you going to keep the baby?"
College is pretty awesome.

Roomates
I recently moved out and have started the interesting adventure of college life at BYU. I have two very interesting roommates Albi and Skanky (not their real names obviously). These two ladies have made me feel more normal than I ever thought possible.
Albi is also a stressor. She loves to pace and have encouraging conversations with herself. "You can do this Albi, it's going to be okay." This can be quite amusing when we are at our apartment with the doors shut and nobody watching. At school, on the other hand, it's pretty uncomfortable when Albi begins rubbing her temples and telling herself everything will be alright. When this happens all I can do is look down and pretend not to know the crazy person talking to herself. She also has to have her "mental time" every Sunday night, to get mentally ready for the upcoming week.
Together these two provide some good entertainment. They have conversations about Bristol Palin joining Dancing with the Stars and rant about her getting back with her baby daddy. They also like to watch the same movies simultaneously on separate laptops. I am surrounded by silence when suddenly they both erupt in laughter. I guess they're watching a comedy. They are both pretty clean which is a miracle. One thing they seem to overlook is hair. Everywhere I go there is hair. Light strands, dark strands, long strands, and my personal favorite, short curly strands.
Skanky....
Let me start off by saying that Skanky isn't actually a slut, in fact, she is quite the opposite. She is very quiet and doesn't say much (I'm not complaining!). When talking to Skanky, its hard to decipher what she is saying. She speaks softly and avoids eye contact. I usually just nod in agreement if I don't catch what she said. Awkward silence, anyone?Albi, Albi, Albi

Needless to say this year is going to be fun.
